Kidemica — Terms of Use

1. Service

Kidemica is an educational mobile app designed for children aged 3-11. It offers activities across letters, numbers, reading, math, shapes, colors, science, and many more topics.

2. User Age

The App is designed for children aged 3-11. Use under parental supervision is recommended. It is subject to the requirements of the Apple Kids category.

3. Account

An anonymous account is created (no email required). Data is stored on the device. When the account is deleted, all data is permanently removed.

4. Subscription

• Monthly, yearly, and lifetime options are available.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Cancellation and refund policies are subject to App Store / Play Store rules.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period; cancellation must be managed from the store.

5. Intellectual Property

The App’s content, visuals, sounds, and code belong to the developer and may not be copied without permission.

6. Limited Warranty

The App is provided “as is.” Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. The developer’s liability is limited to the amount the user has paid.

7. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. The courts of [ŞEHİR] have jurisdiction over disputes.

8. Changes

When the terms are updated, a notice is shown in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
