Wiggle Think Academy Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Wiggle Think Academy, an educational application developed by 4vCore.
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Wiggle Think Academy, you agree to these Terms. If the app is used by a child, the parent or legal guardian who provides access accepts these Terms on the child's behalf and is responsible for supervising the child's use.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
1. About Wiggle Think Academy
Wiggle Think Academy provides educational games and activities involving letters, numbers, reading, mathematics, logic, science, creativity, and other age-appropriate learning areas.
The app may include:
- Free educational activities
- Premium educational modules
- Personalized learning recommendations
- Child profiles
- Progress tracking and parent summaries
- Rewards, badges, stars, and other virtual achievements
- Optional reminders and notifications
- Subscription and one-time purchase options
Features, educational modules, availability, and presentation may change as the app is improved.
2. Parent or Guardian Responsibility
Wiggle Think Academy is designed for children to use with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for:
- Choosing age-appropriate content and settings
- Supervising the child's use of the app
- Managing account, privacy, and purchase settings
- Protecting account and device credentials
- Preventing unauthorized purchases
- Reviewing subscription terms before confirming a purchase
- Ensuring information entered into the app is appropriate
Permanent account creation, subscription management, external links, account deletion, and other sensitive actions are intended to be managed by an adult.
3. Accounts
The app may be used with an anonymous account or with a permanent account created using email, Google, or Apple sign-in.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep passwords and sign-in credentials confidential
- Notify us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization
- Use only accounts you are authorized to control
You are responsible for activities performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the security of the service.
4. Child Profiles
An account may contain one or more child profiles, subject to the limits of the selected plan.
Child profiles may include a nickname, age group, avatar, interests, learning preferences, and educational progress.
Do not enter a child's full legal name, contact information, home address, school name, or other unnecessary personal information as a child nickname or profile value.
Child profiles are intended only for use within the account and are not public profiles.
5. Free and Premium Access
Some activities may be available without payment. Other activities or features may require a premium subscription or one-time purchase.
The app may provide limited previews of premium activities. The availability, number, and content of free previews may change.
The exact products, prices, billing periods, trial availability, included features, and profile limits are displayed before purchase in the app and by Apple App Store or Google Play.
6. Subscriptions
Wiggle Think Academy may offer monthly or annual automatically renewing subscriptions.
When you purchase a subscription:
- Payment is charged by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the relevant store.
- The store account used for the original purchase is charged for renewal.
- Prices may vary by country, currency, tax, and store.
- Premium access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Deleting a Wiggle Think Academy account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled in the subscription settings of the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.
7. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may offer a free trial, introductory price, discount, or promotional offer.
Availability and eligibility are determined by the relevant store and may differ between users, countries, and platforms.
If a free trial is offered:
- The trial duration and the price charged after the trial are displayed before confirmation.
- The subscription converts to a paid automatically renewing subscription unless cancelled before the deadline shown by the store.
- A user may be ineligible if they previously used a trial or promotional offer.
Always review the purchase confirmation screen before approving a trial or subscription.
8. One-Time and Family Purchases
The app may offer a one-time family premium purchase. When offered, this purchase may support up to six child profiles within one Wiggle Think Academy account.
A one-time or "lifetime" purchase means access for the supported lifetime of the purchased product and service. It does not guarantee that every feature, platform, operating system, or online service will remain available forever.
We will respect applicable consumer laws and store requirements if the service is materially changed or discontinued.
A family purchase does not automatically create Apple Family Sharing or Google Play family sharing rights unless the store purchase screen expressly states that such sharing is supported.
9. Purchase Restoration
Eligible purchases may be restored using the Restore Purchases option in the app.
Restoration normally requires:
- The same Apple or Google store account used for the original purchase
- An active internet connection
- A valid purchase record from the relevant store
Account-linked premium status may also be synchronized through the services used by Wiggle Think Academy.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Subscription cancellations are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Cancelling prevents future renewal but normally does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled according to:
- Apple App Store refund policies for purchases made through Apple
- Google Play refund policies for purchases made through Google Play
- Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country
4vCore does not directly receive complete payment card information and may not be able to issue a store refund without the involvement of Apple or Google.

11. Virtual Rewards
Stars, badges, streaks, hearts, diamonds, avatars, stickers, and other virtual rewards:
- Are part of the educational experience
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or real-world goods
- Cannot be sold or transferred between users
- May be adjusted when required to correct an error, prevent misuse, or improve the learning experience
Virtual rewards are not gambling products and do not represent ownership of a financial asset.
12. Educational Purpose
Wiggle Think Academy is a supplemental educational tool.
It is not a school, teacher, examination authority, medical service, psychological service, or professional diagnostic tool.
Learning recommendations, assessments, progress indicators, and parent summaries are provided for general educational support.
They should not be used as the sole basis for educational placement, medical decisions, developmental diagnosis, or professional treatment.
Individual learning outcomes may vary. We do not guarantee a specific academic result.
13. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to access another person's account or data
- Circumvent parental controls, purchase checks, security controls, or premium access restrictions
- Copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its content without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Use automated systems to scrape, overload, disrupt, or test the service without authorization
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the app, Firebase services, purchase systems, or other users
- Misrepresent affiliation with 4vCore or Wiggle Think Academy
14. Intellectual Property
Wiggle Think Academy, including its software, educational content, characters, mascots, illustrations, animations, audio, text, designs, trademarks, and branding, is owned by or licensed to 4vCore.
Subject to these Terms, 4vCore grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for private, non-commercial educational purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
For apps downloaded through Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required.
15. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google for authentication, cloud synchronization, diagnostics, notifications, speech recognition, purchases, and app distribution.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability may depend on the user's device, operating system, country, network connection, and third-party account status.
16. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Wiggle Think Academy Privacy Policy:

By using the app, you acknowledge that technical and account information may be processed as described in that policy.
17. Account and Data Deletion
Account holders can request permanent account deletion from the parent area:
- Complete the parent verification step.
- Open App Settings.
- Open My Account.
- Select Delete account and data.

Account deletion is permanent. Deleted child profiles, learning progress, rewards, and cloud backups cannot be restored.
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
18. Updates and Service Changes
We may update the app to:
- Add or remove educational activities
- Improve security, accessibility, and performance
- Correct errors
- Support new operating systems or devices
- Comply with law or store policies
- Change or discontinue features that can no longer be reasonably supported
Some updates may be required to continue using online or premium features.
We may temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
19. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Wiggle Think Academy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, available on every device, or compatible with every third-party service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4vCore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or other protected claims.
21. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate access when:
- These Terms are materially violated
- The app or account is used unlawfully
- Security, fraud, or child safety requires action
- A platform, court, regulator, or law requires action
- The service is discontinued
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute provisions, will remain effective.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without removing any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the user's country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using a court, regulator, or dispute process available under mandatory local law.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, business model, law, or store requirements change.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Material changes may also be communicated through the app or store listing.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
