Delete Your Wiggle Think Academy Account

You can permanently delete your Wiggle Think Academy account, child profiles, learning progress, and cloud backups at any time.

Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Open Wiggle Think Academy.
  2. Open the parent area and complete the parent verification step.
  3. Go to App Settings.
  4. Open My Account.
  5. Select Delete account and data.
  6. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
  7. Verify your identity again when requested.

Email accounts are verified using the account password. Google and Apple accounts use their provider's secure verification window.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request from the email address associated with your Wiggle Think Academy account.

I request the permanent deletion of my Wiggle Think Academy account and associated data.

Thank you.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request. Verified requests are normally completed within 7 business days and no later than 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Firebase Authentication account
  • Account email and profile identity
  • Child profiles and avatar selections
  • Learning progress and completed activities
  • Rewards, badges, streaks, and app preferences
  • Cloud synchronization backups associated with the account

Subscriptions and Store Records

Deleting your Wiggle Think Academy account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Cancel subscriptions separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Apple and Google may retain purchase records under their own legal and financial obligations.

We may retain limited records only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial compliance purposes.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted learning progress, profiles, rewards, and cloud backups cannot be restored.
